How to submit a request
Email support@myloanroute.pro with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. Include your full name, email address, phone number and mailing address so we can verify your identity. We respond within 45 days and may extend once when permitted by law.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. We may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
Important note
If you opt out of sharing, we will no longer be able to transmit your request to lenders, which means we cannot connect you with a loan offer.
